Delivery, Collection and Returns
- We ship to the UK mainland* and aim to ship your order within 3-14 days. Please allow up to 21 days though – and up to 28 days on back order items.
- If purchasing more than one item, the largest will be charged at the stated delivery fee with additional items charged at £12 each.
- The delivery fee will automatically be added to your basket when you purchase. If you prefer to collect your item however, just select the Free Collection option on the final checkout page, and we will contact you after purchase to arrange a date.
- We only accept returns of “New” products. Nearly new products (inc. Ex display/showhome/photoshoot/customer returns etc) are sold as seen. For New product returns, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any courier costs unless an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.
