Delivery, Collection and Returns

Most of our items are in stock and available for next day collection, or despatch within 3-14 days.  A selection of our items will take longer so please allow up to 28 days.  (See under ‘Additional Information’ on product page for individual lead times).

If you are having your order delivered, our delivery team will contact you via text with a proposed delivery date.  You will then receive an hour’s notice on delivery day. (If you are unable to make the proposed date, our team will contact you again to arrange another day.)

Our delivery teams will deliver to your room of choice on the ground floor. Please contact us though if you require delivery to a different floor. This can be arranged for an additional fee.

(Please note: a £15 delivery surcharge payment may be requested after checkout for more remote postcodes – in Scotland, Devon, Cornwall and Wales.)

Collection

Our free collection option is available by appointment 5 days a week on all smaller items and from Monday to Friday on most large items.  Just select this option at checkout and we will contact you after checkout to make arrangements.

Returns

Unless stated as new, our stock is ex display / gently used /ex photoshoot/ex show home and we do not accept returns.

What if the item is faulty or damaged?

All orders are checked before leaving us so there should be no nasty surprises; however, in the rare event a new item is damaged in transit or there is an undisclosed fault, we will happily collect the item from you and refund you in full.

We ask that the item being returned arrives in the same condition it was received, and with the original packaging.

Once received, you will be refunded in the same way you made your purchase.

Please note, a collection charge will be applied and the original delivery fee is not refundable unless the item is faulty, or was damaged in transit. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
