General Terms
Amba House sells both new furniture and discounted, well known branded furniture from UK based suppliers.
When making a purchasing at www.amabahouse.co.uk, we ask for your name, e-mail address, contact mobile number, postal address and payment details (to process the order).
Your contact details will then be passed to our delivery team or agents if you choose to have your order delivered.
Your details are held privately and securely by us and will not be shared to a third party unless directly related to the processing of your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT, but do not include delivery.
Payment is taken by our chosen payment provider or by a BACs bank transfer.
Returns Policy
We operate a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.
Just email amanda@ambahouse.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your purchase with the reason you wish to return an item and we will arrange to collect the item from you at a convenient date. (Or you can arrange to return the item back to us within 14 days.)
The return item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging (where possible).
Once received, you will be refunded in the same way you made your purchase within 7 days.
Please note, a collection charge will be applied and the original delivery fee is not refundable unless the item is faulty, or was damaged in transit. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery & Collection
We offer nationwide delivery, with competitive shipping rates using different couriers depending on your location and the size of your order. Delivery charges are calculated by the items added to your order.
We aim to ship your order to you within 3-14 days but please allow up to 28 days for selected items.
Alternatively you’re welcome to collect your order (free of charge). Some items will not be available for immediate collection and may take up to 21 days.
Please note: a £15 delivery surcharge will be charged separately, after checkout. for postcodes in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.
